Some of your transfer courses have already been evaluated and require no action on your part, while others may require additional information. Courses are evaluated on the basis of equivalency with the content of the courses required by UCF and the Florida Board of Governors for the State University System.
If you have questions about prerequisites and courses for your major, please contact the Student Support Office for the college of your major. The evaluation process varies depending on major and college; you may also consider scheduling an appointment with your advisor.
Before submitting a transfer credit evaluation request, please run your myKnight Audit to determine if an evaluation is needed.
Use the ServiceNow Transfer Credit Evaluation form to request that a course taken at another institution be reviewed for equivalency to a UCF class.
Once you have submitted your request, please check ServiceNow (every few days) to see if additional information is needed.
The results of your evaluation request will be emailed to your UCF email address. You can also log into ServiceNow and check the status of your request at any time.
