Student records, including Transcripts and Grades, are only available through myUCF. Below are instructions for accessing those records. These steps will allow you 24/7 access to your own records.

I Don’t Know My NID

If you don’t know your NID, that’s okay! This information can be sent to you automatically. Before accessing the NID Lookup tool, you will need to have and know what email account was on file with your records at UCF. Type in your first and last name and the email address you have on record with UCF and click on “Continue”. The system will then send an email (subject: UCF NID Confirmation Email) to that address.

I Don’t Have an Active Email on Record

If you don’t have an active email address on record with the university or cannot remember what it was, download the Email Change form and submit it to the Registrar’s Office via fax or email. We cannot process an Email Change until the form (including your signature and a readable copy of a photo ID) is received. The form may be faxed to or emailed to .

I Know My NID

Once you know your NID, you can then go to Identities at UCF and start the process of getting a password, which eventually will allow you into myUCF. Once you have your NID and password, log into:

myUCF > Student Self Service > Student Center

Look for and pull down the menu for “other academic…”, choose the option that you need (e.g., Transcript: Request Official or Grades), click on the » button, and follow those instructions.
