All students should make every effort to enroll in and complete only once those courses that are required for the major. Although educationally beneficial, selected courses, minors (unless required for a specific major) and additional majors or degrees may require students to take excess hours. Excess hours may require students to pay an additional surcharge/fees or negatively impact eligibility for certain financial aid programs. Students should review their degree audits regulary and consult with an academic advisor to make sure they are not enrolling in excess hours.
Review Registration and Add/Drop, Late Registration and Add/Drop, and Payment deadlines. During Registration and Add/Drop, students will register only according to their appointment times. If you are unable to enroll in any open sections during registration, register for the temporary course UCF 1500 prior to Late Registration and Add/Drop to avoid the $100 Late Registration Fee. You must pay for this temporary class to avoid the $100 Late Payment Fee. Be sure to drop the temporary course before the last day of Late Registration and Add/Drop.
You may obtain your appointment day and time for each term and your SASS Degree Audit at My.UCF.edu. Your advisor can help choose those courses that will meet degree requirements.
The PID and Password provide access to myUCF and registration. Should you forget your Password, it can be reset by the User service Help Desk at 407-823-5117.
Before your appointment day and time, ensure that your records are not on "hold" because of financial, academic, health form, or other obligations to UCF. If you have registration holds, you will not be able to register.
You may register online at https://my.ucf.edu using myUCF Student Self-Service. For specific instructions, refer to the proper sections of this Web Enrollment Guide.
The Fee Invoice is your verification of registration. Use the Fee Invoice to determine the amount due for classes taken and pay this amount by the appropriate payment deadline. If you change your schedule at any point, you should obtain another Fee Invoice both to verify the changes and to determine any new or revised charges you may have incurred. You may print your Fee Invoice through myUCF Student Self-Service under the Student Accounts Section, or at campus computer labs or UCFKiosks.
