myUCF Maintenance

From Friday, July 27 at 5:00 p.m. through Wednesday, August 1 at 8:00 a.m., student information in myUCF, such as registration information, admissions, financial aid, student accounts, and advising, will be unavailable. During this period, we will also be unable to accept or process transcript orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding while this necessary maintenance is performed.

Degree Verification Request


Degree Verification provides online verification of college degrees or attendance to interested parties. UCF has contracted with National Student Clearinghouse to process all requests for verification of UCF degrees, including requests from UCF alumni.

National Student Clearinghouse has been granted the authority to respond to all such requests received from both individuals who received degrees from UCF and from interested 3rd parties on UCF’s behalf. UCF warrants that the results of the inquiries delivered by National Student Clearinghouse, acting as our agent, are based on our official student records.

You will be required to enroll in the service, assigning yourself a user ID and password. You should also be prepared with a valid credit card, expiration date and billing address of the credit card. In order to complete you query, you will need to provide:

  • Full name and any former names of the student.
  • Social Security number and/or the date of birth.
  • Additional helpful information like degree and year of graduation the student has claimed.
